 + When will my order arrive? 
Depending on the shipping company, orders are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation.
 + Is there delivery outside the UAE? 
At present, we deliver only within the UAE. For international delivery requests, contact us via WhatsApp to check availability.
 + What if I receive a product with a defect? 
In the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, return shipping is covered by us. Contact us immediately with a photo of the defect.
 + Order large quantities — is there a discount? 
Yes. Vellmor offers discounts between 10% to 20% on selected products for bulk orders. Contact us for pricing.
 + What payment methods are available? 
We offer: Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit Card, and Bank Transfer.
 + How much does shipping cost? 
Shipping is a flat rate of AED 19 for all UAE emirates with no hidden charges.
 + Can I cancel my order? 
You may cancel before confirmation. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Contact us via WhatsApp.
 + How can I track my order? 
The courier will contact you via phone once the order is dispatched. You can also contact us for updates.
 + How long does a refund take? 
Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 working days after we verify the returned product.
 + Are the skincare products safe? 
All products are sourced through Taager. We recommend a patch test before use, especially for sensitive skin.
