Return & Exchange Policy

Vellmor is committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason covered by this policy, we are here to help. Please read the terms below carefully before submitting a return or exchange request.
1 Return & Exchange Period
Customers may submit a return or exchange request within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Taager partner platform policy and Federal Consumer Protection Law No. 15 of 2020.
⚠️ Return or exchange requests submitted after the 14-day period from the documented delivery date will not be accepted.
2 Conditions for Accepting a Return
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging.
- The product must be unused and free from any signs of use.
- All accessories and documents included with the product must be present and complete.
- The request must be submitted within the 14-day period from the date of receipt.
- Photographic evidence clearly showing the product's condition and the reason for the return must be provided.
3 Accepted Reasons for Return
- A manufacturing defect or clear fault in the product.
- Receipt of a product different from what was ordered (wrong type, colour, or size).
- Product arrived damaged during shipping, with damage documented upon receipt.
- Product does not materially match the specifications stated on the product page.
4 Non-Returnable Products
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Products that have been opened or used, whether partially or fully.
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence on the part of the Customer.
- Perishable or consumable products that have been opened.
- Requests submitted after the 14-day return window has elapsed.
- Products with missing accessories or original packaging.
⚠️ Special rules apply to skincare products. No opened or tested skincare product may be returned for health and personal safety reasons.
5 Return Shipping Costs
- Manufacturing defect or wrong product: Return shipping costs are covered in full by the platform.
- Change of mind or personal reasons: Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
6 How to Submit a Return Request
To submit a return or exchange request, please follow these steps in order:
- Step 1: Photograph the product clearly, showing the reason for the return request.
- Step 2: Contact us via WhatsApp or email, attaching the photos and stating your order number.
- Step 3: Await confirmation from our customer service team regarding your request's eligibility within 48 working hours.
- Step 4: Return the product according to the instructions provided by our team.
7 Refunds
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days of receiving and verifying the returned product.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, a direct bank transfer will be made after verification of the account details.
- The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider's policy.
⚠️ No refund will be processed before the returned product has been received, inspected, and confirmed as meeting the return conditions.
