Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Vellmor online store or completing any purchase. By using the website or placing an order, you expressly accept all the terms and conditions set out below, in accordance with Federal Electronic Transactions Law No. 1 of 2006 and Federal Consumer Protection Law No. 15 of 2020 in the United Arab Emirates.
1 Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
- "Store" — The Vellmor online store operated via the YouCan platform.
- "Customer" — Any person who browses the website or makes a purchase.
- "Order" — Any purchase request submitted through the website.
- "Products" — All goods and products listed for sale on the website.
- "Taager" — The partner platform managing product fulfilment and shipping for the Store.
2 Service Scope & Eligibility
Vellmor provides its services exclusively within the United Arab Emirates. By using the website or placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
- The information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
- Your delivery address is located within the borders of the United Arab Emirates.
- You are legally authorised to enter into purchase contracts under applicable law.
⚠️ The Store reserves the right to refuse any order that falls outside its service area or contains inaccurate information, without any obligation to disclose the reasons.
3 Orders & Contracts
- Placing an order constitutes an offer by the Customer to purchase the product in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- Orders are confirmed via a confirmation call from the Store's team within 24 hours of submission.
- A contract is only formed upon official confirmation by the Store.
- If the Customer does not respond after seven confirmation attempts, the order will be automatically suspended.
- Displayed prices are inclusive of all applicable charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
- The Store reserves the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice; however, such changes shall not apply to previously confirmed orders.
4 Payment
Vellmor accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit or Debit Card — Payments are processed via a licensed, secure payment gateway.
- Bank Transfer — Please contact us to receive account details.
- Cash on Delivery — Available for all delivery areas within the UAE.
⚠️ All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). The Store bears no responsibility for any additional charges that may be imposed by the payment provider.
5 Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery is available to all UAE emirates within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.
- A flat shipping fee of AED 19 applies to all delivery areas within the UAE.
- The delivery courier will contact the Customer to arrange a suitable delivery time.
- If delivery cannot be completed due to no response or an incorrect address, the order will be temporarily suspended until coordination is made.
- The Store accepts no liability for delays resulting from circumstances beyond its control, such as adverse weather conditions or official restrictions.
6 Returns & Exchanges
- The Customer is entitled to request a return within 7 days of receipt, in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 15 of 2020.
- Refunds will be processed to the Customer's bank account upon completion of the return procedure.
- To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

7 Disclaimer of Liability
- The Store operates on a dropshipping model via the Taager platform; products may be stored and shipped by a third party.
- The Store bears no liability for any damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow product instructions.
- Information provided on the website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical or therapeutic advice.
- The Store does not guarantee the availability of all listed products at all times and reserves the right to remove any product without prior notice.
8 Intellectual Property
All content published on the Vellmor website, including logos, images, text, and designs, is the exclusive property of Vellmor and is protected under the intellectual property laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates. Copying or reusing any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
9 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute between the Customer and the Store, the following steps shall be followed in order:
- Amicable Settlement First — Direct communication with the customer service team to reach a satisfactory resolution.
- Should amicable settlement prove unsuccessful, the Customer may file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Department of the UAE Ministry of Economy.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and its courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
