Shipping Policy

Vellmor is committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read the shipping policy below for full details on delivery timelines, costs, and procedures.

1Delivery Coverage

Delivery is available across all seven emirates of the UAE, including remote areas and islands. We do not currently deliver outside the UAE.

  • Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah.
  • Remote areas and islands may require an additional 24 hours for delivery.

2Delivery Timeframes

Delivery takes place within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation, according to the following schedule:

  • Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM are dispatched the following day.
  • Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM are dispatched the day after.
  • The delivery courier will contact the customer to arrange a suitable delivery time.
  • Delivery may be extended during official public holidays and national occasions.

3Shipping Cost

A flat shipping rate applies to all areas across the UAE with no exceptions:

4Order Processing Stages

  • Order received — the order is registered in the system upon submission.
  • Confirmation call — our team contacts you within 24 hours to verify order details.
  • Order confirmed — the order is forwarded to the warehouse for preparation.
  • Awaiting courier — packaging and shipment preparation is underway.
  • Out for delivery — the courier collects the order and contacts the customer.
  • Delivered — receipt is confirmed and order earnings appear within 6 to 12 hours.

5Suspended or Rejected Orders

An order may be suspended or rejected in the following cases:

  • No response to confirmation calls after seven attempts over three days.
  • Incorrect address or delivery details provided.
  • No response to the courier's delivery attempts.
  • Customer refuses to accept delivery without acceptable justification.

⚠️ If an order is refused or cancelled by the customer, no earnings will be credited and shipping fees will not be refunded.


6Delay Liability

The Store bears no liability for delivery delays caused by:

  • Exceptional weather conditions or natural disasters.
  • Government decisions or official restrictions.
  • High operational volumes during seasonal promotions.
  • Inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.
