How To Pay

Vellmor offers multiple secure payment methods to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. All transactions are processed safely and no sensitive payment data is stored on our servers.
1 Cash on Delivery (COD)
Pay in cash directly to the delivery courier upon receiving your order. No upfront payment required.
- Available for all delivery areas within the UAE.
- Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
- The courier will provide a receipt upon payment confirmation.
- Availability may vary depending on order type and platform assessment.
⚠️ Repeatedly refusing COD orders may result in this payment method being restricted for your account.
2 Credit / Debit Card
Pay securely online using your Visa, Mastercard, or any internationally accepted debit or credit card.
- Payments are processed through a licensed and encrypted payment gateway.
- Your card details are never stored on our servers.
- You may be asked to complete a one-time verification (OTP) by your bank.
- The charge will appear as Vellmor or the payment processor's name on your statement.
⚠️ Vellmor bears no responsibility for any additional charges imposed by your bank or card issuer.
3 Bank Transfer
Transfer the order amount directly to our bank account before your order is confirmed and dispatched.
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email to receive the bank account details.
- Send a clear screenshot or photo of the transfer receipt after completing the payment.
- Your order will be confirmed and processed once the transfer is verified.
- Please include your order number as a reference in the transfer.
⚠️ Orders paid by bank transfer will only be dispatched after payment is fully confirmed. Processing may take up to one business day.
4 General Payment Notes
- All prices are displayed and charged in UAE Dirhams (AED).
- Available payment methods may vary depending on the product type or platform policies.
- Vellmor does not accept partial payments or split transactions across multiple methods.
- In the event of an overpayment, the excess amount will be refunded via the original payment method.
- For payment disputes or issues, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.
